There were 53 responses to our parent survey this year.  Thank you to all who took part.

Areas we are very proud of:

My child has additional needs (SEN)

22% of respondents stated their child currently had additional needs.  This is what they said about the support they receive:

"The support has been remarkable"

"...cannot be faulted in any way"

"...feels very safe and cared for..."

"The targeted support makes a big difference."

"The school has an excellent understanding of his additional needs.  Thank you very much!"

Areas we are doing well:

The school makes sure its pupils are well behaved.

Only 1 person disagreed with this statement.

My child has been bullied this year.

95% said their child had not experienced bullying.  Of the 5% whose child had said they had experienced bullying the vast majority felt that it had been dealt with effectively.  (UK National Average is 18% children experiencing bullying).

When I have raised concerns with the school, this year, they have been dealt with properly.

My child has access to all areas of theJersey curriculum (English, Maths, Science, Computing, French, PSHE, Music, RE, PE, Art & Design, History and Geography).

2 responses said they disagreed with this statement (however in their comments they acknowledged that Covid-19 restrictions had limited access to singing and some elements were not applicable due to their child's age group).

Areas we will be putting extra effort into are:

The school makes me aware of what my child will learn during the year.
