Temporary class closure: Nursery & Whole School Breakfast Club

Wednesday 5th January 2022
Temporary class closure: Nursery & Whole School Breakfast Club
Dear Parents and Carers,
I am writing to inform you that I have today had to make the difficult decision to arrange for Nursery to work from home and to also close our school Breakfast Club for the rest of this week (Thursday 6th & Friday 7th January). This decision is a result of a high number of our staff being absent.

We will continue to monitor staff levels daily, and I will update you should the dates that I have included here need to change. This is a fast-moving situation with new information emerging each day. Our key focus remains to ensure that all our pupils are able to learn safely and effectively in school. Unfortunately, the high level of staff absence at this unprecedented time for the Island has impacted our school.

Further public health information on COVID-19 is available at www.gov.je/health/coronavirus/Pages/Index.aspx/
Please monitor your texts/emails and/or our school website for any updates, and we will look forward to returning to full class attendance when staffing levels return to normal.

Best wishes
Yours sincerely

Mr Adam Turner
Headteacher
