Please see the Health & Safety section of this website for the latest COVID risk assessments and guidance.  These will be updated throughout the month/term as we receive new information from CYPES.

As stated in previous Newsletters/emails send home the following procedures are in place for dropping off and collecting at the start and end of the day:

Start of the day:

EYFS - 8:30am - please use the EYFS side gate.  Adults are requested to say goodbye at the gate and not come into the EYFS class.

Yr1 - Yr5 - 8:30am - Adults are requested to say goodbye at the gate.  Any class messages to be given to either Mr Turner/Mrs Hepworth at the gate or (if they are unavailable) to Ms Hamon.

Yr6 - 8:30am - Enter via the Rectory building.  This entrance closes at 8:45am.  Anyone arriving after this time should use the main entrance.

End of the day:

EYFS - please use the EYFS side gate.  Adults are requested to wait at the gate and not come into the EYFS class.  Normal finish times apply.

Yr1 - Yr5 - Adults are able to wait in the playground to collect.  Adults are asked to follow guidance for public spaces (masks, 2m distance, etc).  Children will be sent out to waiting parents.  Adults are requested not to enter the classrooms and to leave school site as soon as they have collected (no waiting to chat to other families). Normal finish times apply.

Yr6 - Children leave via the Rectory building.  Normal finish times apply.

* Wherever possible children in Yr4, Yr5 & Yr6 are asked to come to school/leave school without an adult - as long as this is safe to do so (with the exception of children with specific SEN needs).

Parents are asked not to gather (either on school grounds or at the gates) and if there is a group of parents we ask that Social Distancing Guidelines are applied.
